What BAYAN means

The bayan is the button accordion that belongs to every celebration in Russia, Ukraine and many countries of the former Soviet Union. It is named after Boyan, the legendary singer and storyteller of old Rus.

BAYAN therefore stands for storytelling: songs at the table, time together and emotions shared. Our accordion logo tells exactly that – together with Slavic and Central Asian cuisine.

Christmas buffet as a culinary fusion of all three restaurants HELLAS, DOLI and BAYAN – Greek, Georgian, Uzbek and Slavic. Enjoy, indulge, experience – with calm live music (jazz and more). €39 per adult, children 4–9 €19.50, 0–3 free – please include children in your reservation. Buffet and desserts plus 1 mulled wine or children's punch included, other drinks extra, no à la carte. Booking slots 12–3 pm, 3:30–6:30 pm or 7–10 pm.
